40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm), with one weekend shift every eight weeks (Saturday or Sunday, 8am to 1pm, with a half-day off during the week). Could you be our next Planner?

We are seeking a

Planner

to join our operations team in

West Byfleet . This is a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of

reactive, planned, and void maintenance

to MOD Family properties in the area. Key Responsibilities

Proactively coordinate workflows for on-site operatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of both

reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) . Schedule work, manage operatives' diaries, and resolve access issues with families and residents. Handle calls and emails from operatives and customers, ensuring all in-progress work is managed effectively. Investigate cases of no or refused access, liaising with families to rebook appointments. Adhere to safe working practices and procedures throughout all activities. What You’ll Need

Essential: Proven experience in a

customer-facing administration role

in a fast-paced environment, working accurately to deadlines. Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.

Highly Desirable: Previous scheduling experience in a

planned maintenance environment . Familiarity with Maximo or similar workflow management software.

Ideal: Awareness of safe working practices in

facilities management or building environments . Knowledge of MOD operations and local geography within the area of responsibility.

Additional Requirement: Ability to pass

BPSS Clearance .
