Planning Administrator

to support the Planning Manager in planning & forecasting site resources including (but not limited to) People, MHE, consumables, stationary and Uniform. The Planning Administrator supports the Planning Manager to deliver site requirements for operational delivery of the customer contract. The role is responsible for reviewing forecasts and demands against operational delivery. Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage a process for the ordering of consumables, stationary, and uniform. Work with the planning manager to create volume-based forecast, link to productivities and produce an optimal resource planner. Collaborate with warehouse management team to ensure service is achieved efficiently, resolving any issues in a safe and timely fashion. Maintain and log planning administration using platforms provided. Support collating time sheet data, ensure accuracy, and provide to payroll. Work with the training team to plan labour for all training programmes provided and required for colleagues. Work with the training team to schedule all mandatory refresher training ensuring business continuity. Work with the ops and training team to plan the “multi skilling of colleagues. Maintain internal and external communications in line with GDPR policy when handling sensitive personal data. Build relationships with agency providers ensuring contractual terms are met. Support in the creation and circulation of reports and communications to update key stakeholders. Responsible for troubleshooting any issues on the contract, including restrictions, changes to access at locations, poor performance etc. Produce and maintain the key document for the efficient operation of the site. Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfil the role. Skills and Experience

Strong problem solving capability. IT skills / Excel / PowerPoint / Word. Analytical approach. Ability to manage change with multiple stakeholders internally and externally. Developing and delivery of recommendations. People management. Customer service experience. Financial Awareness.
