Administrator - Planning

to join our client for a temporary role until the end of March 2025. This position is crucial in helping reduce the level of failed appointments by contacting customers through text, telephone calls, and email the day before their scheduled appointments. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, the ability to work under pressure to meet targets, and excellent attention to detail as there is a significant element of data entry involved. You must be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and taking meticulous notes while ensuring clear and concise communication both verbally and in writing. Key Responsibilities: Contacting customers to confirm appointments via text, email, and phone calls. Ensuring appointments are confirmed in a timely and professional manner. Accurately entering and updating data in multiple systems. Maintaining high levels of customer service and communication. Meeting performance targets while ensuring data accuracy and attention to detail. About the Candidate: To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have the following experience and skills: Strong administration and data entry skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Good customer service experience. Comfortable and confident speaking to customers over the phone. Excellent written communication skills. A team player with the ability to work independently. Experience with using multiple systems (Desirable). Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of 13.49. Full-time role with 37 hours per week.
