Your Role: Planning Administrator To operate effectively in a delivery focused and often fast-paced environment, working within the planning department to ensure that information is compiled ready for the work to be carried out. Responsibilities: Liaising with customers to ensure a positive experience Managing workload to comply with Client Service Level Agreements Managing NRSWA requirements on individual schemes to minimize financial risk and non-compliance Coordinating with local authorities Effectively liaising with all stakeholders All other duties as assigned Qualifications

The ability to self-motivate and work within a team Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools The ability to work under pressure to deadlines. IT literate, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Team player, but also comfortable working alone Understanding the need for respect, sensitivity, and discretion in a public-facing role Some flexibility of working hours may be required Self-Motivated, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure What We Offer:
