Planning and Environmental - Essex, Suffolk or Norfolk Our client is seeking an experienced Planning and Environmental Solicitor to join a thriving team. This role can be based in Essex, Suffolk or Norfolk. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top 50 law firm that offers its clients a full service across multiple offices, working with like-minded forward-thinking colleagues. The successful Planning and Environmental Solicitor will ideally offer 5 or more years PQE in a similar role. The role is situated within a team that manages a diverse caseload of all types of planning and environmental work. In the main, the role will focus on delivering high-quality planning advice to our local planning authority, house builders and development clients. Experience of Planning, Environmental, Highways, CPO and Public Access law is very much preferred, but it is acknowledged that these areas are both broad, wide-ranging but also complex and detailed such that many candidates may only have limited experience in a number of these areas, if at all. Willingness to learn about those areas where there is no experience is essential. Applications are welcome from Planning and Environmental Solicitors with: Previous experience in a similar role, offering 5 years + PQE A clean and current practising certificate Ideally offer well-developed knowledge in a range of Planning, Environmental and Compulsory Purchases.
