Hybrid / Office Based, commutable from Weymouth, Dorchester, Wareham, Swanage, Bridport, Crewkerne, Yeovil and Surrounding Areas Are you from a Machining or Manufacturing Background with knowledge of CNC / Machining processes and looking for the opportunity to massively develop your skillset and step off the tools, gaining the full technical training needed to take the lead all whilst having more opportunities to progress in future? On offer is a role where you can massively technically develop, working as part of a close knit team and having the opportunity to showcase your skills as an expert all whilst keeping a great work-life balance as you progress off the tools for this busy manufacturer. This company is a well-established business with over 4 decades experience working on the production of precision parts for the rail, automotive, defence and many other industries. They are a close knit group of technical experts and due to high demand for their work they are looking to take on skilled engineers who they can develop in future. On offer is a Planning and Estimating Engineer position, where you will be responsible for determining material and labour costs, monitoring and evaluating performance and ensuring good communication for the client in a specialist manufacturing company who will massively invest in your technical development through excellent training. The Role:

Planning and Estimating Engineer position working with clients to provide accurate costs for labour and materials. Excellent training. Monday to Friday with an Early Finish Friday. The Person:
