Do you have high level administrative skills with experience in data and spreadsheet work? Are you personable and professional with good communication skills? If so, Signature Recruitment is pleased to offer a role of a Planning and Resource Officer for a prestigious London university, based primarily on their campus in Oxfordshire. This is a full time role for a one year fixed term contract. After the first week onsite, it is offered with a flexible hybrid working structure. This is three days a week on campus in Oxfordshire and the balance from home with occasional travel to the main London campus. In this role as a Planning and Resource Officer you will assist the Senior Planning and Resource Officer by providing professional administrative support – managing daily operations. You will use your administrative skill set to ensure the smooth running of professional teaching and assessments as well as online programmes. In addition, you will use interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with your academic and professional service colleagues. Planning and Resource Officer Key Responsibilities:

Managing provision of Online and Contracted courses. Utilising timetabling systems, identifying programme clashes and arranging deconfliction as required Producing reserve cover rosters for all courses to ensure unexpected absences are covered Supervising the administration of Absence forms and organising changes to allocation of staff as necessary Participating in the review of the administrative processes. Contributing to and supporting the formal reporting of teaching data on staffing resources and planning Providing general administrative support, including organising meetings, co-ordinating paperwork, minute taking and supporting decisions and actions arising from meetings Working as part of a team to provide support with other ad hoc duties in order to benefit the department and wider university Planning and Resource Officer Key Skills:

Experience in a similar role, providing exceptional administrative assistance in a higher education setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding interpersonal skills and a personable and professional approach to all stakeholders A team player who is highly organised with good time management and attention to detail Proficient in IT Skills and with experience in data and using spreadsheets If you have good administrative skill set with experience using spreadsheets along with great communication skills, please apply today!
