We are seeking experienced Planning Directors to join a globally renowned real estate services firm. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in growing and developing the firm's Leeds and Manchester offices. The firm has a strong international presence with over 700 offices worldwide and a commitment to business integrity, high ethical values, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage planning projects to ensure successful outcomes. Develop and implement strategies to win new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Provide expert advice and guidance on planning matters. Mentor and support junior planning staff. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm's planning team. Requirements: Proven experience as a Planning Director or in a similar senior role. Strong track record of business development and client management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of the UK planning system. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Leadership and team management skills. Relevant qualifications in town planning or a related field.
