Carrington West are on the lookout for a seasoned Planning Director to join our client's growing team in London. We are working with a leading, multi-disciplinary consultancy that is looking to expand their dynamic team in their London office. Working closely with the senior management team, the appointed Planning Director will take the helm of their London office, tasked with elevating and expanding its existing project portfolio, playing a pivotal role in this growth.

Role and Responsibilities:

Confidently leading a range of projects, engaging in both development management and development plan/policy work. Leading and expanding the established Planning team. Developing the client base, overseeing existing client instructions, and cultivating new client opportunities. Managing staff workloads and professional development to ensure adherence to required standards. Identifying and securing opportunities in growth sectors. Ensuring Office profitability, including client accounts, budgeting, and income projections. Qualifications and Requirements:

Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). 10 years of professional experience, ideally a blend of private sector consultancy and public sector or client-side roles. Candidates should hold a postgraduate qualification in Planning. Salary and Benefits:
