We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-impact projects that support our journey towards a network for Net Zero. If you’re passionate about meticulous planning and want to be part of projects that make a real difference, this is the role for you! You Will

Lead the development of detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Perform critical path analysis and dependency management to identify key milestones. Oversee and manage multiple project schedules across a diverse project portfolio. Facilitate interactive planning sessions with project managers to achieve consensus on realistic and achievable timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals. You Have

Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and project scheduling principles. Prior experience working on large-scale construction projects. Proven ability to manage complex schedules and identify critical paths effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills to lead collaborative planning sessions and influence stakeholders. Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. About SSE
