Infinity is a growing independent engineering consultancy specialising in subsea and topsides Oil & Gas Engineering and New Energy related projects including Carbon Capture, Floating Wind and Hydrogen. Infinity is based in Aberdeen (Westhill) and has a strategic technical presence in London and Perth Australia. Infinity provides expertise to clients and projects in a range of regions which spans UKCS, Norwegian Sector, Americas, West Africa and Australia. Role Description The project planner will provide planning support to the wider Infinity team as well as specific Project teams, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining all Project Plans, progressing the Plans, as well as preparing and issuing weekly update reports. The planner will also help develop and implement new and creative initiatives to improve project efficiencies and better performance. Responsibilities & Tasks

Sound experience and a working knowledge as a Planning Engineer in the oil and gas industry, including knowledge of terminology used Solid communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills Experienced in the use of current Planning and Scheduling software packages, specifically Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Excel Role to create, maintain, progress and report on internal and client schedules Assisting the Project Manager / Engineer in coordination and management Participating in weekly progress meeting with external clients Reviewing, analysing, and providing commentary on contractor progress reports Preparation of progress and Monthly Reports Updating Master Integrated plan and any ad-hoc / scenario planning required Participating in team meetings, weekly and monthly planning meetings, client and Kick-off meetings as required Participating in interface meetings with various stakeholders Maintain good communication with the Project Managers and Project teams keeping them aware of any delays or deviations from the plan, clashes, scope growth, resourcing issues and propose recovery schedules Regular communication with Internal Project Teams to develop the Project Plans and obtain progress at regular intervals Engage with external suppliers and vendors as required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree Educated (in Engineering or Relevant Subject Matter) is desirable or relevant experience. Please send us your CV for consideration.
