About the role This international law firm is seeking a 3-4 PQE Planning Lawyer to join their market-leading Planning & Environment team. As part of this role, you will work with one of the largest dedicated planning team in the UK advising on market leading projects for a range of public and private sector clients, covering a wide range of major projects across the Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. Responsibilities Assisting partners and senior associates with the full range of development planning matters, including applications, appeals, CPOs and enforcement action Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients on all planning law matters, including advising on Town and Country Planning Act 1990 matters Drafting and negotiating planning agreements, including Section 106 agreements and unilateral undertakings. Liaising with local planning authorities, other professional advisors and clients. Skills and experience Qualified solicitor with 3-4 years PQE in planning law You will ideally have a strong understanding of UK planning law and practice Benefits Alongside access to market leading work, the firm offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
