This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that's investing in its future. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing robust production planning systems, helping the business improve efficiency and meet demand.
Currently, the business does not have a dedicated planning team, so this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, problem-solving environment. You'll work closely with production teams to create scalable processes and ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in production planning within the food manufacturing sector. A track record of setting up and optimising planning systems and processes. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of the business. A proactive, self-starter attitude and a passion for improving operational efficiency.

Monday to Friday, based on-site. Salary:
Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
