Planning Partner, Bristol Are you a planning partner looking for a fresh challenge? This exciting, well-managed firm has a rare opening for an experienced Planning Partner to join their Bristol office. With a consistent throughput of instructions from clients spanning the private and public sectors, the firm is keen to appoint an experienced planning partner to play a key role in driving the practice locally. The team advises on the full range of planning and highways matters including major mixed-use and urban regeneration schemes, compulsory purchase, Section 106, DCOs, and planning-related land acquisition and environmental matters, supporting established clients including developers, investors, retail and leisure operators, public bodies, housing associations, and institutional lenders with particular expertise in the energy and utilities sectors. In this key role, you will take ownership of a range of 'headline' projects and be encouraged to develop relationships with new and existing clients, helping to raise the profile of the team locally and working as part of a successful national planning practice to deliver a market-leading service to customers.
