Management of admin relating to passport, visa, press card applications, accreditations Liaising with finance department tracking travel expenditure, e.g. excess baggage/transport. Taking responsibility for the newsdesk payment card, consolidating monthly Being responsible for the Intern and work experience opportunities; Liaise with Universities to bring in Interns from the USA and hire local Work Experience candidates Able to act up and assist the Bureau Management with deployments Liaising with external provider/partners such as BBC, FBS, TBS, Dataminr, subscriptions, translators, transport companies.
