Finance Planning & Reporting Team Manager

to join their team and lead the charge in financial excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven finance professional who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and achieving impactful outcomes.

As the Finance Planning & Reporting Team Manager, you will take ownership of the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You will lead a team of talented finance professionals, driving continuous improvement and delivering insightful analysis to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Deliver timely and accurate financial reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance. Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. A strategic thinker with the ability to spot opportunities for revenue growth or cost savings. High-level analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvements. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent is desirable. Ideally fluent in Spanish.
