The team advises and represents a wide range of stakeholders in Scotland’s planning system. You will provide advice on a range of matters involving planning and environmental law including: Negotiating planning obligation agreements Planning and environmental due diligence for developers and funders Matters arising from property and corporate transactions Candidates will ideally be at the 2 years’ PQE level and above; however, the firm is willing to consider applicants at all levels.
