Planning Solicitor

Permanent Key Responsibilities: Advising on planning law matters, including development, infrastructure, and regulatory issues Assisting clients with planning applications, appeals, and Section 106 agreements Providing strategic advice to public and private sector clients Managing a varied caseload of planning matters independently Candidate Requirements: PQE: 2–7 years of post-qualification experience Experience in both the private and public sectors is highly desirable Strong knowledge of planning law and the ability to handle a diverse caseload Excellent communication and client relationship skills Position Information: Salary:
