We are working with a top 50 UK law firmwith over 160 years of heritage to recruit an experienced planning solicitor to join its Planning and Environmental Team.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years PQE in Planning, Environmental or Compulsory Purchase law, ideally from a regional, national or City firm
Skills:
Proven ability to manage complex caseloads, provide proactive legal support and communicate effectively with clients
Experience in delivering planning advice to local authorities, housebuilders and developers is advantageous
Business development skills to build client relationships and expand the firm’s practice
