Law firm in London which is directories-listed for the work it does in Planning law is seeking a Planning Solicitor or Barrister of 4 or more years’ PQE/Call to help grow and develop the practice further. The Planning team sits within the real estate group. Clients include energy companies, strategic land owners, property developers, land promoters, charities, retailers, and individuals.
You will undertake varied and high-quality work, which will include:
106 agreements
Compulsory purchase advice (compensation advice and settlement agreements)
Strategic advice on planning applications
Planning appeals
Promotion agreements
CIL advice
Judicial reviews and high court challenges
Highways agreements
CLEUD and CLOPUD applications
Advice on permitted development prior approval applications
Planning aspects of due diligence
Having a reasonable understanding of the firm’s values and culture, you will be keen to raise the profile of the team and be eager to broaden your range of expertise and skills.
