Due to continued success and increased workload, our client is looking to grow their Plant team with a fantastic career development opportunity. We are looking for an Administrator who can develop into a Plant Coordinator role. You will be responsible for supporting the Plant Department with general administration duties and customer service as well as assisting with arranging the hire of plant, tools, and machinery. You will be based in Redditch and the hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you have previous experience within a construction/civil engineering background within a Plant department then there would be an opportunity for a higher starting salary. This is initially a temp to perm contract but for the right person, this could be transferred to perm very quickly.

The Successful Plant Administrator will: Have previous varied administration experience, and be well-versed in delivering high-class service through good customer service. Support the team with the admin workload, and have the ability to multi-task department needs, plan and prioritise, and shift priorities quickly in a fast-moving environment. Possess a hands-on approach, an ability to meet changing deadlines, and the drive to work within a fast-paced and high-pressured environment. Have a methodical approach, strong administration skills, and good attention to detail.

In return, you can expect to receive a starting basic salary of around £25,000 depending on your previous skills and experience. As you progress within the company and learn more about the role, there will be pay reviews, especially if you move into the Plant Coordinator role. This is an office-based role, hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you think you have the skills and experience that my client is looking for then please call Michelle Laight on (phone number removed) or alternatively click APPLY with your updated CV and I will be in touch soon.
