We have an exciting opportunity for a Plant & Materials Coordinator within our Energy division Role Purpose Ensure all plant and material requirements for the contract are provided to meet operational requirements. What you’ll be doing The timely hiring and off hiring of plant and equipment. Day-to-day monitoring of the calibration register. Monitoring the O’ licence register and ensuring it is up to date. Completing plant and transport inspections and recording the data accurately, reporting and addressing any issues. Completes data input of all relevant information and produces weekly reports for the contract. Highlight any issues or areas for concern to the Plant and Transport Manager. On-going coordination of the O’ Licence ensuring licenses are valid and up to date. Day-to-day coordination of the plant and transport requirements of the contract. Hires and off hires plant and equipment. Carries out plant and transport inspections. Ensure relevant software systems are maintained with correct data. Respond to queries from the delivery team and take appropriate action/make decisions. Ensure defined standards of service are achieved. Checks receipts and invoices. Booking plant and transport with appropriate suppliers to meet requirements. Carry out duties deemed necessary by the line manager to support the overall contract. Who we’re looking for Secondary level education to GCSE or equivalent standard, with A’ level standard preferred. Knowledge of Overhead Lines Plant and Equipment (desirable). Full Drivers License.
