If you have extensive horticultural knowledge and purchasing experience, this full-time, permanent position could be your perfect next step. Please note that regular weekend work on a rotational basis will be required. As the Plant Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and developing our thriving plant sales department. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing a small team of dedicated staff Driving plant quality and sales and supporting related initiatives Providing face-to-face sales assistance and managing customer enquiries Collaborating with suppliers to ensure well-stocked departments that meet customer demand Maintaining high standards of presentation, merchandising, and pricing strategies Your role is integral to maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer service, offering friendly and informed advice that has been a cornerstone of our success.
