What the role involves

• Employee wellbeing support for mental and physical health.
• Assisting colleagues to carry out scheduled services and repairs to plant equipment and infrastructure.

Skills and requirements

• Issues. Appropriately escalating matters to management when required.
• Ideally experience working within industrial, maritime, and/or port environments.
• Driving license.

Confirmed role details

• Day Shift Only (37-hour week).
• £20 per hour or Salary £38,480 per annum depending on experience.
• Sick pay available increasing with length of service.
• Stand-by allowance if decide to form part of the call out rota – rarely called out but minimum of 4 hours pay if so.

Additional role context

• Monday to Thursday 8am – 4:30pm & Friday 8am – 11am (30 mins lunch plus 2 x 15 min breaks).
• 26 days leaves increasing to 31 with 5 years’ service, plus bank holidays.
• Opportunity to purchase up to 4 weeks additional leave per year.
