Plant Maintenance Engineer

to join a leading company in the

Logistics and Transport

sector. This is a full-time, mobile role, focused on performing high-quality maintenance, repairs, and servicing of machinery at client sites, ensuring safety and manufacturer compliance.

Key Responsibilities Carry out on-site maintenance and repair of machinery to meet manufacturer standards Conduct thorough inspections and adhere to equipment safety requirements Report any faults or safety concerns promptly Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently, both in hard copy and digital formats Collaborate with the parts team for timely ordering and availability of required components Perform other related duties as necessary

Candidate Requirements Essential: Relevant qualification in

Construction/Plant Maintenance

or experience as a qualified technician/engineer in plant maintenance Demonstrated experience with diesel engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, and fault diagnosis Strong attention to detail with a commitment to first-time quality workmanship Excellent time management and reliability, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Self-motivated, responsible, and safety-conscious with a proactive work ethic Full, valid UK driving licence

Desirable: A valid

CSR card

would be advantageous

Skills Strong customer service skills Expertise in mechanical and vehicular repairs
