Responsibilities:
Management of site health and safety; implementation and development of the Operational Phase Plan (OPP), including the Site Operation Plan (SiOp) and supporting documentation and systems. Client communication and management, including regular meetings, external plant performance, and cost reporting. Management of operational budget and client invoicing. Management of plant operator personnel, including day-to-day task management, line management, and personal development. Routine operational plant management including emergency, incident, and breakdown management; routine maintenance planning and implementation. Procurement and expediting of services and equipment associated with the operational site. Management of plant optimization. Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel). Experience in operating plant and equipment typical of a wastewater treatment system, such as pumps, valves, and instrumentation. Practical skills to undertake light mechanical and/or electrical maintenance work. Experience in undertaking routine laboratory testing of water and wastewater samples.
