Are you a Plant Manager with a background in Plastics, Manufacturing, or Recycling?
Are you looking for an autonomous role overseeing the flagship facility of a 500m+ turnover business, whilst managing a seasoned senior leadership team & driving continuous improvement?

An ideal applicant will be a Plant / Operations Manager with excellent leadership abilities and broad operational experience. You will be an ambitious individual with confidence in your ability to make important decisions and have an eye for continuous improvement.
The company is part of a much larger group who are going through extensive growth & investing heavily in their sites. They turnover 500m+ per annum, operate in one of the fastest growing & secure sectors in the UK, and can offer genuine opportunities for further progression.
In this role you will have 8 direct reports and circa 60 indirect. You will be responsible for the leadership of an experienced management team and work closely with senior stakeholders on operations strategy & site investments. The company can offer full industry specific training.
