Are you an operations manager with a strong background in plant management and engineering?
Do you want the opportunity to join an international company specialising in manufacturing fluid-flow technology?
This company has been producing fluid-flow products to the engineering and support of intelligent building energy technologies for over 90 years. With industry-leading technologies, they design, manufacture and engineer HVAC systems for projects across the commercial and industrial sectors.
The Role:
Overseeing all plant operations, leading the production team, analysing data and identifying areas of improvement Production management including efficient allocation of resources, asset management, budget and resource management Maintenance and repairs where necessary, to ensure efficient operations Continuous improvement, developing and implementing strategies to enhance plant productivity and efficiency Analysing production data and overseeing recruitment, training and development of plant staff
The Person: Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or relevant subject Proven work experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar managerial role Certified in 6 Sigma Lean
