Responsibilities:
Undertaking routine laboratory analysis of water samples to inform plant management. Recording plant readings, observations and activities as part of plant systems. Undertake maintenance of equipment. Appropriate start/stop of equipment and systems. Monitoring of plant operation via plant SCADA and field observations. Remote monitoring of plant from home in response to remote alarm system. Qualifications:
Maths. MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel). Use of computer SCADA systems for plant operation would be advantageous. Operation of plant and equipment typical of a wastewater treatment system, such as pumps, valves and instrumentation. Practical skills to undertake light mechanical and/or electrical maintenance work.
