What you will do:
Lead the day-to-day management of the plasma collection team to safely deliver supplies meeting programme requirements. Ensure the plasma product meets Manufacturing Practice standards. Provide expertise on donor eligibility and clinical decisions to ensure donor safety. Manage and investigate any risks or adverse incidents to continually improve services. Act as a role model by inspiring change and improving service safety and performance. Coach and mentor colleagues in new procedures to enhance team service delivery. Demonstrate our values and foster a culture of inclusivity, listening, and respect. Deputise for the Plasma Operation Manager and support neighbouring teams. Deliver a top-tier donation experience to ensure exceptional donor care, satisfaction, and retention.
