Mears provides tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations, and Housing Associations.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out reactive repairs in unoccupied/occupied properties. Preparing and plastering walls, boarding, bonding, rendering, and skimming. Providing high levels of customer care at all times. Role Criteria:
Proven experience in plastering. Hold a full UK driving license. Be a great team player as well as have the ability to work on your own initiative. Excellent communication and customer service skills. All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK; Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
