We have an opportunity for a Plasterer to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in Bedfordshire. The primary focus of this role is to undertake tasks aimed at achieving first time fixes while delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service for the client at all times.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating and other associated maintenance tasks.
Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.
Requirements:
Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
City & Guilds/ NVQ in Plastering OR Plasterer CSCS Card (essential)
Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
Basic Criminal Record Check
