Plasterer / Multi Trader
Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the local social housing market. Our services consist of voids, planned works, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs.
Duties & Requirements for Plasterer / Multi Trader:
Experience and proven track record as plasterer as main trade. Must be confident in other trades such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating. We also hold time served trade experience in high regard, so if you have this, please do still apply. Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and customers. Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents. Be smart in appearance as we are a customer-facing business. Qualifications & Experience for the Plasterer / Multi Trader:
Social housing background preferred but not essential. Good organisational skills. All levels of experience will be considered; we are keen to seek out those that are passionate about what they do and can deliver high-quality workmanship. City in Guilds/NVQ or relevant experience. Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure. Ability to work as part of a team. Full clean driving license. Benefits & Package:
We can offer PAYE or Self-employed; salaries will be discussed upon application. Company van and fuel card issued to PAYE workers. Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 16:30 pm. Weekend work optional. Holiday + bank holidays allocated. Personal development and training provided. Working within a friendly & inclusive team. Company uniform and PPE. Pension.
