Plasterer / Multi Trader
Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd are specialists in serving the local social housing market. Our services consist of voids, planned works, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs.
Duties & Requirements for Plasterer / Multi Trader:
Experience and proven track record as a plasterer as main trade. Must be confident in other trades such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating. We also hold time-served trade experience in high regard, so if you have this, please do still apply. Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and customers. Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents. Be smart in appearance as we are a customer-facing business.
Qualifications & Experience for the Plasterer / Multi Trader:
Social housing background preferred but not essential. Good organisational skills. All levels of experience will be considered; we are keen to seek out those that are passionate about what they do and can deliver high-quality workmanship. City and Guilds/NVQ or relevant experience. Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure. Ability to work as part of a team. Full clean driving license.
Benefits & Package:
We can offer PAYE or self-employed; salaries will be discussed upon application. Company van and fuel card issued to PAYE workers. Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 16:30 pm. Weekend work optional. Holiday + bank holidays allocated. Personal development and training provided. Working within a friendly & inclusive team. Company uniform and PPE. Pension.
