2 weeks Our client has a requirement for Plater / Welders for a shutdown on a cement plant in Dunbar, Scotland from Mon 6th Jan for a 2 week shutdown. Duties will include: Using oxyacetylene burning equipment to remove sections of plate Setting out, marking and cutting steel plate Repairing heat distorted steel plate Plate, pipe, channel and bracket repairs MMA welding on mild steel plate Requirements: CCNSG card NVQ / City & Guilds qualification Confined Space Entry certificate an advantage Experience of working on industrial sites ie power stations, refineries, steelworks
