As the People Platform Manager, you will be responsible for all outcomes within the People Platform remit aligned to building or configuring, maintaining, or enhancing, and decommissioning application components where necessary. This includes responsibility for the life cycle planning through selection, operation, refresh, migration, management, optimisation, retirement, and disposal. Job Overview: You will report directly to the Head of Technical Operations and will ensure successful management and effective operation of People platforms at Whitbread across the full life cycle. Support the ongoing deployment of the new core people system as well as having accountability across management, release, production controls, and performance standards across all people platforms. Salary:

From £82,000pa up to £90,000pa plus car or car allowance. Location:

Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire (LU5 5XE) with a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office. Contract Type:

Permanent and Full-Time Skills/Experience Required:

Experience: HR systems professional with proven track record in release management and working with stakeholders across IT and People teams. Configuration and implementation experience for HR systems. Ability to troubleshoot, analyse complex problems and suggest solutions. Advanced knowledge of tenant management and security set up. Ability to run and execute UAT. Assess business requirements and Dayforce releases. Ability to effectively manage business escalations with both the business and Supplier. Skills: Ability to plan effective use of time and resources to achieve objectives, anticipating potential problems and ways to mitigate. Experienced leader able to set clear objectives and manage performance of team. Responsive to issues - flexible and adaptable. Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement and encourages innovation. Continuously measures system/process performance. Addresses the needs of key stakeholders when developing solutions. Knowledge: Release Management experience. Understanding interfaces using APIs and related technologies with a microservices architecture. The latest industry trends / standards / tools / technologies for technical solutions management in the HR Systems arena. Demonstrable capability in handling incident management. Bonus:
