We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a passion for technology and problem-solving to join our team. You'll play a key role in resolving platform-related issues and supporting both internal and external customers.


The Offer:

  • Annual Salary - £42,000 doe
  • Location: Surrey - 40 minutes train from London (if you drive there is parking)
  • Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite is a must
  • Contract Length: 12 Months - inside IR35 - PAYE (paid on a weekly basis) - with a strong possibility of conversion to FTE depending on performance and budget.


Your Profile:

  • Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming (e.g., Java).
  • Familiarity with web application stacks.
  • Experience with scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix/Windows Shell.
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
