In this role, you will contribute to identifying top talent for our first team and academy, including investment players. Your responsibilities will include: Attending a variety of matches, such as professional club games. Producing comprehensive scouting and player reports aligned with the Club’s protocols and standards. Participating in in-house meetings and training sessions to remain informed about the WSL and Pro Game Academy guidelines and developments. Your Scouting Background

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the football industry, coupled with proven experience in scouting and recruitment. A solid grasp of the Women’s Super League (WSL) and Pro Game Academy requirements is essential. You must hold an FA Talent ID Level 2 or equivalent industry-relevant qualifications.
