based in Herne Bay CT6 8NB, offers a range of full day & sessional care for children from Birth to the age of 12 years old. We support our children to have fun with their friends and peers, to learn skills & make their own choices in a safe and nurturing environment, so that they can achieve to their best abilities. We are looking for someone ( TERM TIME ) with excellent communication skills, good spoken and written English language, and the ability to work as part of a busy team providing a high standard of care for the children, while also working on their own initiative. You will need to work at a fast pace, always ensuring the child’s needs are kept paramount. To succeed in this role, you will need a good understanding of OFSTED regulations. We are looking for someone who: Can create factual reports, observations, and maintain record keeping. Can undertake personal care for the children and engage with them effectively throughout their play. Holds an

Early Years Level 2 / Level 3 Qualification

. Is willing to undertake training and apply theory to practice. Has a proactive approach to their own learning. Can communicate in an open and honest manner. Will communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Can work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the setting.
