The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, programming, and commissioning bespoke automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Developing FDS/specifications for automation projects based on customer requirements and standards. Creating PLC software using platforms such as Rockwell and Siemens. Designing HMI/SCADA systems with tools like FT View SE/ME, WinCC, or System Platform. Testing and simulating software to ensure robust performance, while maintaining comprehensive test records. Leading FAT processes and resolving any snags effectively. Preparing for and executing on-site commissioning, from IO testing to production trials, with full status reporting. Providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any blockers to ensure smooth delivery. What We’re Looking For
Expertise in PLC programming, automation, and commissioning within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency with Rockwell and Siemens PLCs, and HMI/SCADA tools like FT View or WinCC. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
