Outside IR35 - Hybrid working - contract
My client is looking to recruit PL/SQL developers to contribute to the development and support of Oracle-based bespoke applications (typically involving one terabyte or more of data) on a contract basis.
You will work with our software development team to design and support bespoke commercial systems and be involved in designing, developing, and tuning complex, high-volume applications using the latest Oracle technologies. You will be working mainly in an Agile environment, although some work on waterfall projects may also be required. The role will involve:
Coding new systems and changes using Oracle 19c, PL/SQL, and/or Oracle APEX 21/JavaScript. Supporting system and user acceptance testing. Investigating potential software bugs and identifying/implementing solutions. Ensuring that code is written to efficiently manipulate large datasets and carrying out performance investigation and improvement work. Rest APIs.
