We have an exciting opportunity within our Works department who are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Plumber and Heating Engineer.
About the role:
You will join on a full time, permanent basis (40 hours per week).
The postholder will be responsible for the daily planned maintenance and repair of mechanical systems which includes Water, Gas, Heating and AC.

Key responsibilities:
The day to day reactive and planned maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
The service maintenance and repair of hot and cold-water systems, commercial and domestic heating systems, air conditioning and drainage.
Small installations and alterations of the above systems.
Updating and maintaining service records.
Person Specification:
The successful incumbent must have:
NVQ2 Plumbing and Heating
Experience in Heating and Plumbing Systems
Experience in General maintenance of Plumbing Systems
Experience in Vented and unvented hot water systems
