Our client, who is a local housing provider, is seeking a qualified plumber to become an integral part of their team.
Responsibilities of Plumber:
Completing plumbing repairs at customers' homes and empty properties. Ordering materials and managing stock. Ensuring all work orders are completed and minimise follow on work. Prioritise workloads daily to deliver an excellent customer service. Ensuring safe working practices in line with current Health & Safety policy & procedures. Maintaining a professional manner whilst completing repairs. Essential Criteria for Plumber:
City & Guilds or NVQ2 or equivalent in plumbing. Full driving licence. Experience of working in a customer focussed environment. Experience of working in the construction sector. Good Health & Safety knowledge in the workplace. Willingness to carry out multiskilling in other trades. Desirable Criteria for Plumber:
Social housing experience. Working in a property maintenance environment. Ability to use a PDA or electronic job system. Benefits:
