They currently have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced plumber. Duties: Installation of copper and iron pipe work. Installation of heating systems and controls. Removal of existing heating systems/radiators. Installation of sanitary ware and fittings. Installation and maintenance of commercial and residential hot and cold water systems. Fault finding. Supervising small plumbing teams. Ordering materials. Ensure works are installed to programme specifications and drawings. Solvent welding of ABS and PVC pipe work. Compliance checking and reporting. Essential Requirements: Fully qualified with trade apprenticeship. Able to work to the highest possible standards. Excellent communication skills. Experience working on residential projects. CSCS card holder. Preferably at least 5 years working experience. Points of Appeal: Family feel. Interesting contracts. Great promotional prospects. Low turnover of staff.
