Requirements / Qualifications: * NVQ Level 2 / 3 in plumbing / equivalent
Day to Day Duties:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of fabric structures. Identify and repair damages to fabric installations. Assist with installation and upgrades of fabric systems. Select, procure, and manage fabric materials and tools. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Maintain documentation and prepare reports on fabric conditions. Coordinate with maintenance staff and communicate with management. Implement preventive maintenance schedules. Train and supervise junior staff and maintenance personnel. Apply technical expertise to solve fabric-related issues. Perform carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.
