Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing techniques and the ability to work with both residential and commercial systems. The Plumber will ensure that all installations and repairs comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Duties

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.

Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.

Assemble and install plumbing systems according to specifications.

Use power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks.

Perform welding tasks as required for pipe fittings and repairs.

Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Adhere to health and safety regulations while on the job site.

Perform heavy lifting as necessary when handling materials or equipment.

Experience

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.

Familiarity with basic maths for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.

Experience in commercial driving is an advantage for transporting tools and materials to job sites.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
