Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd are looking to hire an experienced Plumber to join our team in Fareham, visiting commercial sites across Southern England. This is an exciting opportunity to join a comprehensive, busy team, and to work on a huge variety of commercial sites. The right candidate would be working on both reactive and project jobs, so will need to be able to think on their feet and work independently at times. Duties include: Commercial Plumbing Installations Mappress Systems and Soldered Copper Pipe across a variety of commercial sites Installation of Sanitaryware in various properties Installation of first and second fix pipework Installation of all hydronic systems Above ground drainage installations and repair Basic multi trade skills such as tiling can be required from time to time Competitive package Company Van and Fuel Card Ongoing training 28 Days Holiday (including bank holidays) Requirements

Full clean current driving license. A trade specific minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Must be able to show evidence of other secondary skills Travelling to customer sites Communicating with customers and advising on repair options Taking a sensible approach to H&S Communicating with Estimators, Site Supervisors and Customers to establish & cost jobs Ensure a polite customer focused approach Ensure work is carried out in a safe, efficient and tidy manner Work as part of a team and be willing to support other operatives if required Participating on our on call rota Commercial Gas Qualifications highly desirable but not essential About Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd
