Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborate with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed. Qualifications needed for the Plumber Multi role: NVQ/City and Guilds (preferred) - if no qualifications are held, our client will send you on a paid NVQ course in your core trade, gaining you a lifelong qualification.
