Key Responsibilities:
Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties Diagnose and repair issues such as leaks, blockages, faulty heating systems, and general plumbing problems Work on a variety of plumbing tasks including installations, repairs, and maintenance Provide excellent customer service and liaise with tenants to ensure satisfaction with repairs Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used Requirements:
Qualified plumber with relevant experience (City & Guilds or equivalent) Experience in social housing repairs and maintenance is advantageous Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Full UK driving license (as van and fuel card are provided) Benefits:
