We are looking for a Plumber to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:


Key responsibilities

Install, maintain and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation and waste disposal systems and central heating systems.

Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.

Testing of closed loop heating circuits for correct levels.

Assist other staff members as required.

Maintain inventory for plumbing materials.

Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times.

Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.

Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly in regard to health and safety.

Seasonal shift & on call rota.

Any other duties as and when requested.


Knowledge/Experience/Skills/Abilities

City & Guilds 6089 NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing (or above).

Unvented ticket.

Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH.

Knowledge of building regulations.

Possesses own hand tools.

Ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.

Significant proven experience.

Full clean UK driving licence.
